I read The Kind Diet several years ago, and I feel like another read is in order. After reading Diet Revolution I need some inspiration for some dairy-free recipes.
I am seeing Richard Louv speak at a conference in April. I have had this book in my to-read pile for quite some time now. Since I work well under pressure, I truly believe this will be finished before I see him speak!
The Juicing Bible is an awesome reference book. It has amazing juicing recipes as well as the health benefits of different fruits and vegetables. I’m looking forward to learning more about the juicing benefits to my health.
